  • Ready-to-Ship Items
    These items will be processed and shipped within 1 week from your order date.

  • Made-to-Order, Custom, or Personalized Items
    These take a bit more time and attention. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before shipping.


๐Ÿšš How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers like USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.


๐Ÿ“ Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Coalgate and Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and weโ€™ll reach out to arrange a pickup time and location that works for you.


๐Ÿ›๏ธ Can I customize an item?

Absolutely! Weโ€™re happy to create custom or personalized pieces. Just send us a message with your ideas and weโ€™ll work with you to make it happen.


๐Ÿ”„ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and/or personalized nature of many of our items, we do not accept returns.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there's an issue, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and weโ€™ll do our best to resolve it.


๐ŸŽ Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but weโ€™re happy to include a personalized gift note with your order. Just leave your message at checkout or send us a note after you place your order.
